Registration Information

Birth Certificate Requirement

Within 30 days of enrollment, a parent/guardian must provide school officials with a certified copy of the student's birth certificate.  For more information, please see the Colona Grade School Student Parent Handbook

Residency Requirements

No student shall be enrolled until all paperwork has been completed, submitted and evaluated by the district.  Only students who are residents of the District may attend the District school.  A student's residence is the same as the person who has the majority of parenting time or the address indicated in the parenting  plan.  For more information, please see the Colona Grade School Student Parent Handbook.
